somehow still brings up the default bags and they wont go back down when i press "B". is everyone getting this problem? and is there a way to fix it?

you may have to bind your bag addons to your "b" key.

never heard of that. i use bagnon. have done for years, no trouble whatsoever. it's updated for 4.1 too if you fancy trying it

it is bound to B. but after i press it and it opens, it wont go back down along with the blizz default bags

Hit "Esc" -> Key Bindings -> Look for "Open All Bags"
Change it.
