Do you ever give up and let someone kill you?

    For example.

Say A class you don't like (Rogue,DK,Mage for ME but it can be any other for you) starts attacking you and you pop your "ohsht" bubble (I believe most classes have these now) and you just stand there letting them kill you?

For example on my hunter when I know I'm not going to win I just stand there and pop deterrence>readiness>deterrence then just emote spam them while they try to kill me like

    /golfclap
    /sigh
    /tap
    /bored

I know it's a "quitters" attitude but sometimes playing a hunter you just feel so gimped..specially when your being dominated in the battleground as it is (4 capped in AB for example)

I just stop fighting. I don't emote, I don't run, I just stop. Spamming emotes at them doesn't do anything for you or them, if anything it makes it funnier to them. It's PvP. Die with quiet dignity!

If I know I don't stand a chance I won't try, most of the time. Sometimes out in the open world if that happens and I show them I'm not gonna do anything they'll stop and leave me alone...it's happened a lot when leveling alts.

Never! I fight to the bitter end. I expect the same to the people I gank. Its the quitter's attitude that's wrong with PvP these days. "Oh I can't kill (insert class)." Well as a heads up, classes aren't balanced but if you know what you're doing it doesn't take a lot to pwn someone. But what would I know? Also, to anyone who claims I'm wrong maybe you should take a second and look at times when you've been ganked. Guarantee there were things you could do to turn the tide of battle. And if not, just wait till that graveyard res happens then you'll have the element of surprise.

I usually just give up if I'm getting ganked. If I feel like I have a chance of surviving and possibly winning, I will fight back. But otherwise, I just stand there and let them kill me, sometimes I sit down over and over. They're going to get their honor anyway. I'd rather just die quickly and res so I can continue doing whatever I was doing without hopefully having anyone camp me.

I only give up if I'm hopelessly stunlocked. I'll charge in against uneven odds, and probably lose, but I normally won't run away or give up. However, once that stunlock hits, I have no way to win and chances are I'm already at 5% health, so I don't even try to heal.

Well, I used to involuntarily "give up" in the old days when I was attacked by a rogue that could keep me stunned so it was impossible for me to do anything until I died, does that count?

I have /golfclap on a macro. If I get ganked while low on health or something, I spam it.

If it's a fair fight, I'll fight until the bitter end (which usually takes a while since I usually play healers)

I never die in BGs (mainly because I hardly ever do any), so this is refering to arena only. If I'm last standing and playing a DPS class/spec I try to win until they actually kill me, if I'm playing a healer I just leave. I never let them just kill me while I do nothing, I think it's a stupid and submissive thing to do.

i spam my sit key so they get 100% crit on me. but im a warrior so that only happens when 5 people are on me and still take like 10 secs to kill me.
    funny really.

Pretty much this, I'll keep trying until it gets to the point that you can't do anything even after poping cd's to break down, even more now that blizzard felt it necessary to nerf shapeshift, cause we all know Mage's were so hopeless before.....

Depends, most of the time I show mercy if they've been running or I can tell they're doing an achiv.

As an elemental shaman, it doesn't matter what I'm doing, I'm letting them kill me by simply being in a PvP situation at all..

i love guys that spam those macros, so much fun killing them again and again and again and again

Pfffft, never. I've won numerous fights when it looked bleak. All it takes is a bit of rng luck and more skill than the opponent. Use bleak moments to push yourself as a player.

Yeah, sometimes resisting a ganking asshole would only waste more time before the inevitable end. I'd just go to respawn quicker.
