morde does a lot of damage, but I would hardly consider him op. He has neither an escape or a cc. Though he can get a ghost, which is pretty awesome.

I dont know, I might be a bit scarred from back when he was disgustingly op. I still cringe everytime I see Morde, so yeah. Oh, the nightmaress.

so.... im finding that with the new build standards.... veigar is alot easier to play.... a third item with NLR makes his AP REDICULAS.... can get about 100/80 armor / mr too..... the changes to how pen works is just sexy

Tiamat's active is amazing. It even procs Sheen! I had fun with Talon. I'd jump in Q/Sheen (dealing large amounts of AoE damage) then fit in a few Tiamat/RH actives for extra AoE damage which also procced Sheen even mores-so. Gonna experiment with him in the future.

The old one had a pretty crappy recommended screen but I agree, it was overall better than the new one.

alSO i want a fucking ad caster item with spell vamp on it. VDP was so epic and i got ahard on just thinking about playing zed with it. go to PBE TT and its gone

Thing is... It'd be pointless for the majority of them. You go in, blow shit up and get the hell out. If not, you're a bruiser instead of caster 90% of the time. If you stay in, a li'l bit of spellvamp on your combo isn't going to help. You go in on full health largely, so your burst won't heal you. You don't kill your target, get bursted down cos you have zero defense and then... Spellvamp is still not going to help you.

I have to agree. While I love the idea of a tab system, it will take some getting used to. However I LOVE the new items though. I also like how they separate the recommended items into categories.

I cant for the life of me put together a mastery for my tanky junglers and still get Runic Affinity in the Utility tree. So much deliciousness in Defensive tree.
