Name: Covenant of the Flame.

Age: Formed merely a few moths ago, as Ragnaros's siege upon Hyjal began.

Population: Roughly 250.

Founder(s): Ragnaros the Firelord, Deathwing, Virazor the Fire Hawk, Prince Carbonis.

Leader(s): Current leadership falls to Virazor and Prince Carbonis, since this is but a smaller sect of Ragnaros's followers. Although they lead them, both report directly to Ragnaros and Virazor's father, Deathwing.

Description: The Covenant was formed upon the Firelord's besiegement of Nordrassil. Their ultimate aim is to see the World Tree burn, and for Malfurion and his allies to be crushed beneath them.

Affiliations/Politics: The faction consists of the followers of Ragnaros and Deathwing. From mere Druids of the Flame to fearsome Overfiends and Molten Giants, its range encompasses the denizens of the Firelands, as well as numerous other members of the Twilight's Hammer, Black Dragonflight and Twilight Dragonflight. Their primary enemies are the Guardians and Avengers of Hyjal.

Alignment: Chaotic Evil. They follow the whim of the Firelord and Deathwing.

Command Structure: The primary leaders are Prince Carbonis and Virazor. They directly report to both Ragnaros and the Aspect of Death, amongst the other high powers of the Firelands. Beneath them, serve all others.

Base of Operations: Within the Firelands, but they have numerous outposts located around Sulfuron Spire at Mount Hyjal.

Characters Admitted: Only strong and willing servitors of the Old Gods. This includes all creatures that are denizens of the Firelands, as well as Twilight's Hammer agents, and members of the Black and Twilight Dragonflights.

Current Members: Virazor the Fire Hawk, Prince Carbonis, Flammia.

History: As Ragnaros sought to crush the World Tree at the order of Deathwing, the Firelord's armies rushed upon the sacred Kaldorei mountain. Soon after, Sulfuron Spire literally erupted into the mountainous region, as the minions of flame seared forth against the Kaldorei settlements. Over time, Ragnaros's forces grew, as treacherous Druids of the Flame joined him. Eventually, a smaller sect was formed, of some of his greatest followers. The Covenant of Flame, they called it, consisted of the most elite followers of the Firelord and the Aspect of Death, united under a single banner.
