Enigma tested all of the heroic PTR fights up today. Here are 3 of the four fights that are up so far:
The Shannox heroic video is a pretty short video but it shows off most of what is going on in the fight.
We really enjoyed Staghelm heroic, the hardest part was definitely the Burning Orbs transition.
Baleroc heroic is really well tuned and pretty much bug free, almost got him!
Later tonight or tomorrow we hope to have a video up of Alysrazor 10 Heroic as well.

What's awesome with baleroc is that if you don't know what's happening u just see a tank n spank fight x.x... Gonna have o make some research cuz I couldn't enjoy the fight.

Do the encounter journal entries talk about heroic modes at all? I know Ragnaros' entry describes the heroic only phase, but I don't know about any other changes.

Here's a quick breakdown from what I know: Originally Posted by Weightless
Normal version: It's basically a healer fight with minimal dps movement.
There are crystals that people swap standing on to share the damage they do (or they pulse and wipe the raid)...healing those people gives healers a buff that will allow them to heal the insane tank damage that happens throughout the fight.
Heroic version:
First, when someone gets the "Tormented" debuff, after being linked to a crystal, it can be spread to other players that get within melee range of them. On top of that, there is a new ability called "Countdown" where two people get linked, and if they don't get within 3 yards of each other after 8 seconds have passed, they explode and hit the raid for 100k damage. Finally there is a 6 minute enrage timer, turning the fight into a DPS race.
