Sinestra- Possible to skip first Spitecaller?

Hi all,

On our last Sinestra pull last night we pushed into p3 before the first Spitecaller was up or visible. Shortly after the transition though his model phased in and came running down.

With focused dps, would it be possible to completely avoid that spitecaller? Or is he going to come down regardless of how quick you burn those eggs? I'm just not sure how late into the official 'transition' stuff will still spawn if their timer hits.

He's going to come down regardless of how good your dps may be. The problem is that he's going to spawn around when she removes the protection from the eggs, and then he has to run down.
