Hmm so it sounds like a straight percentage or PPM with variation. Basically the proc works like Atiesh and the actual proc is dependent upon who holds it.

I sounds like the proc is dependent on spec which is awesome, so it might be lower for arcane and frost than fire

If anything it would be higher for frost seeing it's a petclass.

I really want some numbers as to which class this staff is best for. WANT it to be warlocks. Although, I see the staff going to an officer in my guild regardless of dps or who the staff is best in the hands of. /cry

Aka it states here when it does dmg the wrath means it gets duplicated seeing how Infernals summon is an initial damage aoe first.

Though saying its an aoe it may not apply.

I know what is says but it doesn't work that way.

Every time you deal damage the staff has a chance to duplicate the damage of that spell / dot-tick in the form of arcane damage
