We've killed it before on 10 man. We use the strat where you burn Ony, and have the MT tank all the adds, thus burning nef 100-0 in P3...
That being said, it seems like now, the mc's aren't even occurring in P1 until the boss is at sub 30% where before he used to do it within the first 15 seconds. Anyone notice this?

Hm I see nothing has changed within nef on our kill but this was 25 man
I see nothing changed in my experience within this week

That's kind of weird then. We used to get our first MC at like 80% on ony, and not need any additional tank cd's, but now it's taking about 10 seconds longer because of the difference.

We use the same strat as well, but the MC has never occurred that early for us, always when Ony is at 20-30%We used to get our first MC at like 80% on ony

That's so weird, our first kill was about 2 months ago, we were hit with the summer afk bug, and have picked it back up. I always recall it occurring earlier.

No, we killed it the around the same time you did. First mc is about 10-15s after Nefarian comes down. For our raid (offtanking the adds with a dk) that means Nefarian lands when Onyxia is at ~50%, the first mind controll happens at ~30%. It was always this way, because Nef can't cast mc as long as he is in the air.

My guild had some pulls and we got mind controls really early in p1 so, I don't really see what the fuss is about.
