I need a little guide as to how to override some of the priority list of spellcast in simcraft if anyone would know how to i would love it

Delete the line with the spell or move it higher up/down. Higher up is higher priority.

is that in the sdk? is there a way of doing it using override tab?

I'm not an extremely advanced user of SimC but to simply rearrange the rotation and change the priority you edit the page that appears after you imported a profile.
