I seen this on wowwiki:

I have seen many different statements on these.
From this I am seeing we do both sides so thats 300 marks there, then we have to do 125 for each vendor. So in total to open up these 3 vendors we have to get 300 + 125 + 125 + 125 = 575 marks. Am I doing this right? Am I missing more requirements?

Yes, you are doing it right, 150 per faction, then 125 per vendor.
