Do our dots get 12% stronger as the target reaches 25% or do we have to reapply our dots?

need to reapply as far as I am aware, though past 25% you should be draining soul which refreshes UA and corruption. CoD wise, I tend to carry on letting it tick until my cd's come up then I will refresh it after its latest tick
