LDB display background (texture)

I would like to edit some LDB displays (broker) to make the bcakground of the tooltip match my ui. Can anyone give me some advice on how to do that, there is no background or texture info in most of the broker addons. Examples I use wDurability, wMail, Broker_SysMon.

Thanks for any help given I am at a loss right now, have been serachinf and reading for several days trying to fix this.

So I think that most inherit from another frame. Maybe inherit for the tooltip since it is setup the way I like or does it not work that way?
