Has "Call to Arms" actually worked for you?

I think its odd that normal HC queue times went down about 10 mins but I hardly see CTA there to enocourage any tanks or healers.

Also It feels like healers are the ones that are worse nowdays. I've seen a lot of healers with pvp gear unenchanted and ungemmed for no reason. Cept for that +5 health enchanted and +6 spirit gemmed priest..
