Warlocks and Me

So i have and 85 warlock (Khronolan Scilla) if you want to look him up in the armory. I'm having problems with my DPS, i'm supposed to be pulling 9k+ DPS, and i'm only pulling 3k. Most of my gear is "Vicious" PvP gear, if anyone one can help me with Spell priorities, and how to max out my DPS i would really appreciate it!

Let's see, almost full pvp gear, only 1 gem in your gear and it's your worst stat, no enchants, a spirit trinket. Definitely a lot is wrong.
