Also, if I'm a stalker tank when the game hits, I don't know if I'll ever do that again. Telegraphs from a ton of mobs looks... hard to dodge.

Yes. I did, very badly, right up until stalkers were much cooler than <redacted> the end.

The whole game looks super detailed. I'm going to try to get help from relatives towards money for a new computer as a late holidays gift closer to the game's release so I can run it beautifully. I really... really don't want to miss out on the graphics that we've seen.

In any case, I'm holding out on my pet class character. If I'm going to pour all my love into a pet class, I'll wait until they introduce one more aligned with the pets I like. The one they have now is appealing, but... just... MUST play aurin. They look soooo good.

I have a feeling that lifegrip trolling on tanks will totally kill the hell out of you in this game. xD

Though with heals that you can aim on the ground, I can imagine an AoE lifegrip being really useful for phases that require lots of healing and people aren't moving their asses fast enough.

Ah, I miss the days of raiding in dragon soul, where I would stand on the edge and life grip people off ledges while they were walking.

I also used levitate on throne of 4 winds before they used the jumping wind thing and they would fly past the platform and go off the edge of the map.

I had people try to troll me into the water with lifegrip during Deathwing kills, but it never worked. The only time I ever got killed there was when Thrall decided my ass was too fat to hold up anymore.

I will never forget fall damage. I could calculate how hard I would splat by the time I was close to quitting WoW because of how many falls I ate.

Which, by the way, means I will never fucking roll an explorer ever in WildStar. Jump puzzles my bearwolf butt. You can drag me up there kicking and screaming, or perhaps on a flying mount if those actually ever get implemented.

I'm sure they could figure a way to make jump quests non-trivialized, if they ever added flying mounts. Do we even know if they are?

There is Fall damage. But it feels less than in Wow. Also Mounts have a heathbar that can soak fall damage, and the explorer path has path abilities that help with fall damage issues. (Like a reduced fall damage passive, and a teleport ability where you can place a portal high up and teleport back to it if you fall down)
