I like the Bulwark. I don't agree that the whole getup needs to be monochromatic to look good.

The NPC you linked looks like a poor version of Horde Paladin 60 Warlord set: http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=698# except for the shoulders.

The Bulwark is my shield of choice tbh. No other shield (tower shield or otherwise) has what i like in a shield. And as Taygete mentioned, you dont have to match every little aspect for your character to look amazing. The bulwark fits every xmog set ive ever tried, no other shield can do that. I DO like to match as much as possible when i xmog, but the shield just...fits.

Personally, and from what ive been told many times in game , "I look bad ass" lol

Well, as long as you're happy with the set, that's all that matters. My paladin rocks full Glorious plate bikini and while a lot of people are tired of the plate bikini sets, I get lots of compliments in game on that toon--literally every time I log into her. So what other people think doesn't matter as much if you love what you've got.

If you want some good ideas for using the Bulwark, check out the people at the Argent Tournament. They use the bulwark out there with some recognizable armor pieces.

Haha yeah I have those, I love the silvermoon tabard + cloak combo tho =) Gotta represent silvermoon!

I usually ride around on my argent charger with my argent gruntling with his silvermoon flag on =)

Hi, this is just an FYI maybe to help you like your set a bit better but you should see if you can return the legs that you have and switch them out with the Valorous Aegis Legplates http://www.wowhead.com/item=45379# oddly enough blizzard messed up and gave the ret set of pants a higher resolution that the other two... no clue why but with the regards to the shield try Triptych Shield of the Ancients http://www.wowhead.com/item=28754 matches pretty well imo. Not the point. The point is that the linked image is exactly what a Blood Knight looks like.

This is where I'm at now. I've been wanting soulforge since I started playing, but was way too much of a noob to go about collecting it back then before it became unavailable. So happy the replica gear was introduced! I would use the Bulwark if I could ever get the stupid shield to drop, but the book will have to do for now. I like the mace I'm using, but I would love to find something better... I was thinking of using a tabard to introduce a little more color, and maybe open the door to some better weapon/shield/offhand options... but after wanting the gear for so long I just don't want to cover it up.

Ive just recently got rivendare's deathcharger and i was wondering if anyone had any good transmog idea's for something that might go with it?

I switched my xmog around a bit, since i do kind of like pally t13 (the whole silver and gold plate thing is appealing to my badass kinght of the light look). I used the Argent Tournament tabard, Gavel of Unearthed Secrets, and a Champions Cape along with the Bulwark of Azzinoth to make this set. Since the Heroic t13 is darker i xmoged my shoulders and chest to the normal version of those pieces (397 versions). I decided not to display my helmet for this round and it came out nicely. Its really simple, so thats always nice.
