A lot of options really. It depends on what you want and what model of Ashbringer you are aiming to unlock/use.

For the normal one, one could go for like T6, T2 or something along those lines. Even the Sunwell Set (The golden one) could be cool-looking, really its all about your imagination and temper

Definitely what Danzel has said above - Judgement works well with ashbringer, as well as T6, even the firelands and Siege of Orgrimmar sets would suit it very well.
Even the upcoming T19 set looks fantastic and IMO suits it most.

Ideally, the normal version of Calamity's Edge would be the best match, but I won't get that until HFC becomes soloable. Normally I would not use one of the crotch-dangler belts with a tabard because of how they clip, but I really wasn't satisfied with any of the other plate belts. If I had access to Other-Eye Patch, and Belt of Fierce Competition, this set would be pretty much perfect.

That would be cool, at least have the libram or the hammer incorporated into the spell casting. But even if the libram is restricted to our hip I am still very happy to have it visible and sheathed even when the hammer is out!

Let's hope they make this an emote too, at least... Warriors, Paladins, DKs, pretty much any class with a badass weapon deserves to carry it rested casually on a shoulder.

Assuming you don't want the matching tier boots, the Cataclysmic Gladiator set fits with Mythic T17 quite well. It has the same pinkish bronze trim. It even has a few pieces with blue cloth, so for instance you could use the Cataclysmic Gladiator helm, gloves and boots and have the set fit with the tabard.

Apparently he's been around since Wrath. I never noticed his armor recolor.
