Flame orb mana regen

Hello guys.
I'm not sure how to use this spell to mana regeneration. I use mana mage bar add-on and i've default marker with flame orb at 80% mana pool.
I've no idea how should my rotation look. 2x AB + AM proc?

Once you use flame orb you should get a AM proc while channeling AMs so you can chain 4-5 AMs on after another and get near max mana again if for some reason you went too low and have evoc on CD.

as long as your gear is 4T11 or better you should FO,AM,AB0,AM,AB0 as its better DPM and you still get the regen

Flame Orb should give you 1700-1900, and it costs 1000 mana to use.
