    tier10 normal set with tier 16 LFR helmet and Forsaken Bonecarver (enchant is messing with the color quite a bit so thinking of switching the weapon. if someone got ideas let me know)

    It's the leather epic set from Naxxramas. You can farm it easily - beware that there are 2 (maybe 3) versions with different colors (one should be more greenish).
    Unsure on boots/belt however, they're not part of the set, they look like they can be from WoD.

    Legs/Boots are from T6.
    Gloves/belt are from T2.
    Spaulders are from the leather set dropping from the 3 ICC heroics.
    Goggles are from Engineering (MoP recipe iirc).
    Dagger is from Mount Hyjal raid (Tracker's Blade iirc).
    Tabard is from the horde tournament reputation.

    Chest, from the little bits i can see, may be the T2 one but any dark/red one would work since it's not really visible.
