    Will this computer run good?

This will be my first time building a computer and am wondering if this computer will run good?

I need to find a Motherboard with intel turbo boost (Would be awesome if you guys could help me here)

Case - ATX Full Tower Computer Case
    SSD - Crucial M4 64gb
    HDD - SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 1tb
Processor - Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost)
    Memory - CORSAIR Vengeance 12GB
    Power Supply - Antec High Current Gamer Series HCG-750 750W ATX12V v2.3/EPS12V v2.91
Video Card - GTX 285 (Already have 1 laying around so I'm going to use it)
    DVD - LITE-ON 24X DVD
Heat Sink - COOLER MASTER Hyper 212
Sound Card - ASUS Xonar DX 7.1

    Overall Price $1,103.90

Also should I switch any of the parts with something else that's around the same price but is better?

Good... for what? You also have a Triple Channel Memory Kit, when Sandy Bridge is only Dual Channel.

Intel PRO/1000 PT Server NIC | ASUS Xonar DX | Corsair AX1200 | Corsair TX750
    OCZ Vertex2 60GB | WD Velociraptor 300GB x 2 | Samsung Spinpoint MP4 500GB
    EK-FB SR2 - Acetal+Nickel | EK-Supreme HF - Acetal x 2 | EK-FC5970 Acetal x 2
    Thermochill TA120.4 x 3 | Thermochill TA120.3 | Swiftech MCP655 x 2

The GTX285 is comparable to a GTX460 / Radeon HD 6850. You'll need to upgrade your graphics card, unless you don't mind not having DX11 and tuning settings down a bit.

It will run like a welshman.. the GPU is a bit dodgy.

Otherwise looks solid, only I'd drop down to 8GB 1600 mhz RAM too (2x4GB sticks=
