Just to be clear: I am not enforcing anything. I actually think that we can have all of those together. I don't really believe that anyone will use random IVed/EVed pokes against players with lousy movesets and incompatible items.

So that's that.

It can be fun, it can be a competitive school and also be a realistic Gym Experience. Nothing prevents us from doing all of them.

While I agree with your idea behind "let's teach each other to play better competitively", I'm of the idea that the population here is too thin and not experienced enough in general, and therefor I'd allow the gym leaders to learn equally much by letting them swap to counter certain mons. I get your idea, I just don't think we got the audience for it tbh.

I wanted to create a fun "themed" tournament
Well wants to teach people competetive
Tahuun wants to recreate the "realistic" Gym Leader experience

I'm not too fussed either way anymore if it's 3v3 and u-turn is allowed. I'm not gonna put it on pokemon that never run it, but what I have in mind could be nice core trio mono-type.
