Imgur is so easy to use. Just click the upload button and then you can add either a 's' or 'm' or 'l' to make it forum sized. 's' works best for screenshots (where you won't be able to read text in the slightly larger 'm'/'l' versions anyways), 'm' is ~300x200 or so making it very good for most images, and 'l' is slightly bigger but not forum overpowering
So basically you have

[img]http://i.imgur.com/mQhsum.png[/img]
[img]http://i.imgur.com/mQhsul.png[/img]
