Search for the key that has "any" or "any key" written on it, usually can't find it and then just either randomly smash buttons till it works or get frustrated and quit the game.
Where is Any key anyway? Or maybe it's just my Scandinavian keyboard that doesn't have it and the EN/US version has it?

But when I feel like it I usually press the "L" key. Not sure why but I make myself smile at the dumbness of it all.

Escape, space or enter, because my fingers are always around those keys when a game starts up so I can skip any and all annoying intro sequences. (Why they make enter or space work but not escape on some confuses me)
