Live Feed PTR raid add on question

Hello,

On one of the live feeds for the PTR raids the main guy has the NPC's health points and percentage of health shown on his nameplates, does anyone know what this add on is or a similar one to achieve this? Again, i am looking to have health points ( 50k for example) and the percentage (85% for example) to be included into the nameplates.
