Do you cleanse lock dots in 3's?

That's it. Do you or not, and explain

It depends on if you're playing derps or not.

If you're playing derps, the Lock isn't afflic, and you can cleanse all day and stomp on his face because there's no unstable affliction.

If you're playing non-derps, the lock is afflic and it's bad juju to dispel that debuff. Although, sometimes you may have to eat the silence/damage in an emergency.

Well i would see it the other way :P
I would never dispell it in an emergency because in an emergency its allready to late.
I dispell it when there is not much pressure and you know that you and your mates will be fine for the next time.

But imho it only makes sense if you sit on the lock because UA doesnt take much to reapply if the lock can cast free

    its situational

Dispel before pressure. Don't dispel under pressure.

You can also pop Inner focus and clean dots up.

If UA isn't up you should dispel the dots to remove their damage. As Yilar said, you can pop Inner Focus which will make you immune to the UA silence (you'll still take the damage ofc)

    - Clear when UA isnt up
    - If you can spare IF use it to immune the silence.

Depends on how much pressure the Lock is under. You can alleviate a lot of pressure from their part by removing his damage, esp if he'll have a hard time re-upping UA.

In other scenarios, it depends. Sometimes heal through it, sometimes dispell through it. Also depends on their other DPS. If you can LoS after the dispel, it's also a good idea.

If you're playing 2s and you're next to a pillar, you're in a better position to dispell UA.

You don't have to dispel dots from warlocks in 2s, their dmg is easily healable lol.

Yes, until you/your healer get cc'ed, warlock has full dots on you and starts draining your ass empty, his partner and an angry felhunter hitting your face.

The more dots a warlock has up, the more damage his felhunter does and the harder he'll hit you with his drain life and drain soul.
In 2s it's way better to dispel the dots instead of out healing them.

OT: I play warlock myself and my dots rarely get dispelled as long as I have unstable affliction up and we have some pressure on the other team.
