suppose garrosh takes the crown of the thunder king and becomes there ruler that he can now command them.
After there defeat, the Mogu will see it as an act of follow he who will lead them to power, the kind of race that would follow until they have no more use for that race and this dispose of them.
This to me does make the best kind of sense, because the mogu to reflect Garrosh's outlook on all things.

I love that they are using elements of pre-war pandaria in later patches. The mogu allying with garrosh not only will give me variety to the org raid, but it also means that the story is still on-going with the native races of pandaria too, rather than just ally amd horde. Very smart!

If the Mogu did ally with Garrosh, it'd be interesting.
Garrosh has been known for recruiting a managery of races, creatures, and monsters to bolster the forces of the Horde, which range from Gronn to Kraken.
I wouldn't be surprised if he recruited a few Mogu, and this would add a LOT of diversity to Siege of Orgrimmar.
What's it..at this point, here's what people have guessed may be in Siege:
Magatha Grimtotem (no clue how but, it'd be cool)
Gallywix
A Mogu King or Warlord
Some Sha manifestion with Garrosh
Loyalist Orcs
Some kind of beast Garrosh has been experimenting on or captured or both
This raid is shaping up to be awesome from our simple guesses! Haha.
The Zandalari aren't the Darkspear, which Garrosh probably hates just because of Vol'jin, and they have a new strong army made of the different tribes, Garrosh won't ignore that, specially if the playable Horde begins to side against him.
The Zandalari only want to survive, if the "new empire" of the Mogu falls and Garrosh offers them a new home, they'll follow him.
Learning from them does not mean allying/recruiting them. It allows for the possibility, but it's definitely not proof.
I'm guessing the bosses in the raid will include:
Garrosh ofc, corrupted by the Sha.
Possibly a ressurected Yshaarj as a final boss.
Whoever's leading the Mogu after the Thunder King dies.
Magatha Grimtotem
Gallywix, though I can also see him being the final boss in one of the build up dungeons. Possibly both.
A massive spirit golem.
Malkorok.
A magnataur
A Gronn
A Siege Weapon event
In case you have missed the past 2 years of Garrosh lore, Garrosh has a racist disdain for anything that isnt an Orc. At best the Zandalari would be reduced to cannon fodder like the Shatterspear. But the Zandalari are not some tiny, backwoods tribe in Darkshore...
I simply can't see it happening. Zandalari are far to proud to bow their heads to some damned Orc. The Mogu were their equals, hence the alliance and the shattered troll tribes coming to Pandaria to help the splinted mogu clans unify. The Zandalari only want to survive, if the "new empire" of the Mogu falls and Garrosh offers them a new home, they'll follow him.
That's not the impression I got while playing through the PTR quests; the mogu philosophy "clicks" with Garrosh, but it pretty much ends there. He sticks around Pandaria to dig up their history/artifacts and "learn" from their past conquerors. His reaction to Theron telling him about the mogu empire crashing and burning amounts to "shut up."
This seems like more of a red light, to be honest:
Willing to bet that he spreads this little buff around his loyalists like Grom did with demon blood years before, to turn the tables on his... unfavourable situation.

Wouldn't matter anyways, slavery to an alien or death when he uses his weapons of desperation.
Still, for all the power the Mogu wielded, they couldn't touch the Mantid, the Yaungol and clearly the Trolls at the height of their power were a major force to be reckoned with. Even the Saurok dispatched their emperor and elite and faded into the wilds.
