I'll test out VLC with my discs, if they play out well, I'll get the BD that you recommended. However, it is OEM, so I will have to buy addition cables, corrent?
My main concern with liquid cooling, is some how breaking it and making a mess, but it they're not all to hard to install, I'll give it a shot. :P

just post a final partpicker list when you are done.
also noticed price gap between my suggested card and this one is pretty small but i think you can fit this one in the build :P (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ightning%20680)
I would actually go with this 680: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814125422 in that price range.

VLC didn't work with my BluRay movies sadly. Oh well, the extra $20 won't kill me. I'll leave the monitor off for now, just for the raw price of the computer. I picked up the MSI card, still way under budget, and the build looks great. Last minute check, everything look solid to you?
(Side note, free BL2 and AC3 is a nice touch, don't have to spend the extra $100 on those now. :P)

i'd say your ready ^^
it will likely be overkill at first with certain parts but in the long run you won't regret it.
you got very decent oc potential cooling for the cpu and a very strong stock gpu with good options of a future OC if you'd be interested in going that route.
it will devour games at full ultra 50 fps pretty much. (just corrected had to double check farcry 3 benches :P either way other games 60+ should be achieved easily)

Now, before I make any drastic decisions (:P)
How do you expect it will handle recording/streaming? For example, a game like Frycry, will I be fine on ultra? Or will I have to tune it down a bit for solid replay? I don't mind having to sink it a little, just want to know what I'm getting myself into. xD

streaming/recording would work way better in combination with an i7 (for HT) and likely another hhd dedicated to the footage storage. (unless you can keep all games you want to record on the SSD then recording to the WD green should work aswell)
@coil whine of lightnings those were issues of the first batch due to overvolting issues , im assuming this got fixed for their later cards.
When I checked reviews, the only downfalls I could really see were, certain ones you can't OC out of the box, (which is a non issue for me atm) and some factory defects. Which is bound to happen to someone at some point in time.

I"m not worried about space, I can manage that well for now, especially with 2TB. What are we looking at CPU wise?

Edit: Sorry about double post. :x

is serious into the streaming thing you might want to check for a i7-3770k instead ($100 more expensive iirc then a i5-3570k)
also oc'ing helps allot for streaming.
also space is not the issue im aiming at with the recording part, it simply won't work to launch a game from a drive and store it on the same drive due to drive limitations speed and action wise.

yeah should work and the cooler should be able to keep up with most temps for oc'ing around 4.2 Ghz (maybe 4.4 if you get a good chip that needs low Vcore)
but all that you can find out easy in the large amount of oc'ing manuals out there on the interwebz.
Sweet!
Thank you very much Shroudster, you've been an amazing help to me. Thanks for putting up with me and my little knowledge.
I can't wait to get this bad boy put together. When I do, I'll be sure to post in the Gaming Setup thread for the world to see!
Also, thanks to the other people who threw in their 2 cents to get this whole thing set up.
YOU'VE ALL BEEN AMAZING.
