Qpad MK-85, it is decent but will probably change it to a Ducky tenkeyless sooner or later.

While we are on the subject of keyboards, anyone heard anything about Corsair K70?

You don't really need a specialized gaming/mmo keyboard. In most cases you're just getting macro keys, lighting, visually distinct WASD keycaps, etc. which are mostly useless marketing features. If you're into those things for their visual appeal that's cool too, but a good gaming keyboard is just a good keyboard and those things tend to drive the price up.
My default recommendation is the CM Quickfire Rapid. The only potential downside to it is the lack of numpad, but honestly a smaller footprint keyboard lets you position your hands/arms better if you don't absolutely need one. Unless you're doing data entry, you likely won't miss it. These are manufactured by Costar (widely considered the best keyboard OEM), available with black, blue, brown, and red switches (all the common/popular ones), and are very inexpensive mechanical boards. The blue switch version seems to be on sale too, though it wouldn't be my personal choice.
Yeh I agree most gaming keyboards just have more buttons or a backlight. Some are pretty decent though.
microsoft natural ergonomic 4000 is my keyboard of choice.
Logitech g710+ hands down. Epic quality. Replaced my old K90.

Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2012.
Love it, although a bit fingerprint sensitive and loud.. but that's like almost every mechanical keyboard
For roughly 100 pound you can pick up a Filco. Currently using a Majestouch 2 Ninja version. The build quality is unmatched by any logitech and Razer product I have previously used. It is literally more sturdy than a tank.
It has full NKRO.
It doesn't have any of the stupid features like back lighting or a mini lcd display. It does lack macro keys but if you're like me and not playing mmo's or even if you are don't need them it won't matter anyway.
Tenkeyless or full versions are available with many different layouts/languages
I also hear alot that the CM Storm Quickfire Rapid is just as good build quality if not the same as a filco keyboard but at a much more affordable price. I myself haven't used one though so I can't confirm that 100% I am also not sure if you can get a full version of this board.

Have 2 keyboards. The first one I use in my house is the Logitech G710+, and the second one is the Tenkeyless version of the BlackWidow at my work place. Both are just fantastic.

Corsair K90.
Best equipment I ever owned.
I totally woulda bought a K90, if all the keys were mechanical. I think it's probably the nicest looking keyboard, but I wanted a fully mechanical keyboard so I bought an Aivia Osmium right when they hit the market. I don't think you could go wrong with the K90, it just didn't have what I wanted, and I honestly wish it did.
I gotta say though, if you're gonna spend that much you might want to limit your choices to mechanical only. It just feels amazing and it'll make a bigger difference than any "gaming" keyboard.

Blackwidow 2013 ultimate edition, I think that might be a bit out of your price range though
