What's your opinion about the paladin T18 appearance?

Sorry for the rather big picture, but a thumbnail just wouldn't do the uglyness justice. The only one that I sort of like is the Horde PvP one, but all the rest just doesn't hit the paladin fancy for me.

I have yet to see a paladin tier that I like and this one is beyond ugly. It looks more like gear I would put on a gladiator. I absolutely despise big belts!!!! The belts look like the original pandaren style in MOP that have basically a loin cloth hanging.If you look at any paladin sideways they look like they are pregnant. For me, I hate every helm in the game besides maybe 2 or 3 and I do not care what spec or class is involved. Love the fact I can choose not to show my helm or cloak and they are invisible on all my chars. The colors in this tier are horrible and do not match. The shoulders do not even look like shoulders that would protect them. They look like wings a child would draw on paper. Whoever designed the gear in WOD, and I don't care if it is weapons or armor has no talent in this department or they just didn't care. I am sooooooooooo glad we have transmog available so I do not have to look at this horrible artwork.

My paladin is an alt, and it's mainly there for boredom issues, and for collecting transmog. My main is a hunter, and after seeing that the hunter tier and pvp pieces haven't been changed since they were first dmined, I can safely say to the paladin' in the audience... Enjoy your fucking t18 set! At least it has some semblance of an attempt to make it interesting. The sets here look interesting (read interesting, not nice) at least. The hunter set literally looks like the 610 salvage yard set with a hood and levelling green shoulders.

Plus, I actually like the look of the paladin sets this tier. Even if they don't look like a holy warrior of the light, they still look pretty badass to me.

My main is a priest but looks like i'm rerolling to protadin (holy shit someones rerolling to prot?!) for the next tier as our MT seems to scare all the tanks away....

i fucking hate the priest shoulders and they look very similar to these shoulders >.<

My humble option is that they simply fucked up.
"ok guys we are close to release time to replace those crapsets with with the real ones I scheduled you to build! What do you mean you don´t have anything in your calender? Wait... Fuck! Ok guys who has some dope for me? I have to write a blog on how awesome and well thought those sets are"
Either that or they designed something nice and decided to make it available in the in game store later for 20 bucks only.

Will make you look like a Warhammer Chaos Warrior; about as far removed from a Paladin as you can get. Doesn't matter, will be transmogged into one of the perfectly good sets from vanilla/tbc when they at least managed a good set every second tier.

Pretty much this. Won't matter much, hasn't mattered much since transmogging was introduced. Only on my Death knight have I never transmogged (Might have to for this tier, yikes that set) because they looked great all of them. Not by any means a fan of the tier look, or the colour schemes for most of them (especially since PvP actually got the better colours).

I get the concept they were going for, but I don't like the outcome. The huge belt and ugly colors doesn't really help it either.

I quite like it. Sure the WWE belt is terrible, and the shoulders could be a bit on the conservative side for a change, but otherwise it looks fine, even the colour scheme.

Can't say i'm a fan. I'd say all 3 of the PvP colour schemes look slightly better than the PvE versions.

The only ones I personally like are the alliance and horde variations. The set itself isn't that great but at least those 2 versions stand out. Thank god we have xmog.

Looking at this next to the normal T17 ... I think I'm staying mogged to normal T17. That was paladin. This is washed out pastel shaded rubbish.
