Hell l I'd like some tips for improving. I don't even really care about getting out of silver I just want to be more consistent and reliable in the support/dps role.
Try Jayne on Twitch, the guy's an amazing coach. Between him and the Overwatch/OverwatchUniversity pages on Reddit, that's where I pick up the majority of my information. Other than that it's just practice, practice, practice.
If on the off-chance you're an Ana player, ML7 is also an amazing source of information. Especially video of him on Jayne's stream.
I'm not Masters or anything close to the above rank after that, but I am not bad. Not nearly in the
same vein as other players I've been unfortunate enough to find.
As for your offer, perhaps you should put the wasted energy you spent in whatever that pathetic display was and
actually look up the problems people have with the system.
Luck certainly plays a big factor. You are much luckier. Although going by your word, and considering
how selfish of a player you are, you'll excuse me if I don't buy the rank you're saying you are either.
If that is at all true, it depends a lot on luck as well as what role you play. I mostly play Tank/Support, soI've gone from gold to masters over the seasons. Why can't you?
if my team sucks, there's not much I can do. If you mainly play dps, you can take your team much farther.

They really should implement some kind of vetting for people using voice chat. I've suffered ear rape 5 times today due to people having shit microphones. Holy shit, if you're going to use a microphone then buy one that doesn't cost less than a meal.

No, it doesn't. Skill is what is the factor here.
Skill certainly plays a factor. The other, is luck. As in the quality of teammates you get.
Even the pros state that a lot of MM is based on luck.
It's okay, you don't seem too upset by being stuck in silver, but if you ever wanna actually improve your game rather than whining I can help you out.
One day maybe you'll even be as good as an average player.

Goats isn't all that prevalent anymore, since the Brig nerfs I've barely seen it. Lots of double sniper and ranged comps, but very little goats.
jinro trolling guy from two accounts at the same time
then using report system for someone asked her to switch
then everyone wonders why this game suck))
shitty automatic report system with snowflakes being offended by everything and blizzard promoting this attitude where "ez" is toxic and "i'll play whatever I want and report you for being sad about it" not
hot's had the same problem too, died for good.
Congratulations, have you reached average yet? I'm afraid I can't help you 'til you take that grown up step of admitting that the problem is you.
Once you do that, though, I can help you as much as you'd like

Yeah, being an ass is toxic, picking a certain hero is not toxic. Is that that hard to understand?
Please go and educate yourself on the problems with MM and its system. Players who stream
and have ranks significantly higher than I agree the problem is the system, which means it
falls under individual players and how good they are/are not. Your Overwatch as well as the
pros all agree.
Until you educate yourself, you're going to continue to be wrong. You can't help anyone if
you're always wrong.
