This is one leak I'd like to see turn out to be true, since it's pretty simple, low-key, and focuses on improving existing aspects of the game rather than a ton of crazy new ideas. Polishing existing systems, bringing back things that worked, and revamping the old world would be really smart things for the devs to focus on at this point. The story also sounds like the right balance of fanservice and believably to be something the devs might actually go for.

Or maybe I just want playable Arakkoa that badly.

I actually like the a lot of the ideas in this 'leak', but I think this would be WAY too much work for Blizzard in 1 expansion, unless they've been working on this since the release of Legion over 3 years ago.

I doubt it, I think they'll prioritize the ones who didn't get racial armor from warfronts first and hit nelf/forsaken/human/orcs last.

Jokes aside, at least this one has a few unique elements to it when compared to 99% of the leaks. I'm not buying that we'd return to Outlands anytime soon though. Illidan coming back is a bit far-fetched as well...

None of that makes sense. Sylvanas steals an Old God essence but somehow your main problem will be Illidan returning from outa space to create a new faction which is against Khadgar's which is against Yogg Saron, while Sylvanas is busy threatening the Lich King (what for ?), but you as a PC don't care about that part because you're busy looking for Dragon Isles because Wrathion asked you to.
Edit: Oh, I almost forgot that during all this nonsense, Azeroth is chilling on the moon because yeah why not

It seemed plausible to begin with, then grew a bit more extreme and finally you said 'warfronts' which exposed it for a terrible fake.

Warfronts are not going to be improved.

Warfronts have been a disaster.

Warfronts are going to buried next to garrisons and azerite armor as a failed concept and we will never speak of them again once this expansion ends.

The only future Warfronts have is that they have no future.

I couldn't describe it better how I felt reading through that 'leak'.

Also, while everything might make sense, the new AR sound very unlikely (yet we know that Blizzard likes to sometimes pull things out of their backs nobody expects).

On a side note, if really the 'old world' will fall into a 'legacy' state, I really wish all the previous expansion's features like Island Expeditions, Warfronts and Scenarios(MoP) will become available at max level with the new scaling technology. Something for people to mess with at all times, not be locked to certain level/expansion.
