They were pretty much the main reason I even bothered coming to this site after I quit playing WoW. I still check back out of habit but I don't really post much at all anymore.

It's the card game "Mafia" or "Werewolf", just augmented to fit forum style. If you're unaware of what those are, it's a game where a few people are "mafia" who secretly kill the town and the villagers try to vote for who they think the mafia are before the mafia can kill them.

Is Town Of Salem any good? Had a look just now... it used to be F2P but now charges. Which is fine, just wondering what it’s like.

Not too bad. I'm still learning some of the oddities with it. You have to get past the fact you are playing online and have to deal with the random people going offline/leaving the game and playing with kids that have no idea what they are doing sometimes.

I think if I had a few friends to play it with I would enjoy it a great deal more.

Yeah, I get the feeling (not that I know anything about it) that maybe the better you know the people playing it, the more fun it'd be. But - if anyone wants to resurrect MMO-C Mafia, I'd play if you could put up with a newb.

Sadly, that may be the case.

I still check the site daily - out of habit - so if a game does go ahead then I'll join. I don't play WoW any longer but I'm hoping that when Shadowlands goes live we might see more mafia players hanging about the site again.
