List ingame "things" that when you see a player with them you say to yourself:
"Respect bro"
/salute
I'll start with one:
Azeroth's Champion Title
(snob answers are frown upon, like: "is a videogame bro, get a life, i respect no one")

Pile of Frostfire Turnips!
TO FIX WOW:1. smaller server sizes & server-only LFG awarding satchels, so elite players help others. 2. "helper builds" with loom powers - talent trees so elite players cast buffs on low level players XP gain, HP/mana, regen, damage, etc. 3. "helper ilvl" scoring how much you help others. 4. observer games like in SC to watch/chat (like twitch but with MORE DETAILS & inside the wow UI) 5. guild leagues to compete with rival guilds for progression (with observer mode).6. jackpot world mobs.
There's nothing in the game that would make me respect someone just for having it.
I used to salute anyone I saw with the current tier's mythic raid title, but since selling them has gotten so much more common over the years it's kind of pointless now.
Scheduled weekly maintenance caught me by surprise.

Not many things make me stop and take notice quite like the Scarab Lord title does.
Here is something to believe in!
A working brain and some sense of decency.
Scarab Lord is the big one.
All the realm first raid titles too: Death's Demise, Celestial Defender, Grand Crusader, but not the Naxx/OS/EoE ones since those were not really about skill.
The Insane still carries a bit of prestige, but it certainly has been watered down over the years.
I have one of the unarmored night elf mounts and always am impressed when I see another one running around.
Mythic raid mounts are impressive early on in the tier, but Jaina/N'Zoth mounts are kind of meh at this point. Same with the +15 keystone mount.
“You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me.”
– C.S. Lewis
I respect players by what they say and do, not what they wear.
Long boi, obviously. I love how it frolics
"Why of course the people don't want war…. But, after all… it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."
A character, because all players deserve a base level of respect until they do something to lose it.
Saw a High Warlord once. I've heard the nightmares that are involved in getting that title in the day.

I respect players who don't cling to forums of games they hate just to continue making everyone else feel bad for playing them. It's extremely petty and hurts yourself as much as anyone else.
i respect a player who's aware of his level and claims responsibility, this game is full of entitled idiots that have played the game for over a decade and somehow managed to learn nothing during all that time, yet they're still entitled and blame everyone else the game included for their failures
I remember there used to be a ton of things in this game like this, but they all vanished over the years. No one really stands out as special.
Used to respect people by having a full set of current tier armor, but after transmog came out, no one really shows their armor.
Having a mount from hard endgame content could have been good, but all previous expansion mounts can be farmed, and all current expansion mounts could have just been bought from a guild. Same deal with titles.
Scarab Lord title could just mean they could have been one of the players that stole it from a new realm long after AQ came out. At most it just says "hey look. I played a long time ago and had a bunch of people at my beck and call." not really anything that deserves respect.
The Insane title used to be insane, but they really made it easier to get over the years and I see to many of them to hold much weight.
I guess the best thing a player could have right now is the Gladiator title and past Glad mounts. Those show you are at least skilled in pvp.

I would say "Servant of N'Zoth" or "The alliance slayer" if it was required to be done solo and there wasn't so many ways to cheese it.
