Gear Question for the Prot

Hey I was wondering if there was any rediculously good pieces from the conquest tags?

I have seen some really nice pieces but I was to try and prevent getting a piece to find out there and much better upgrades un ulduar 25.

If you know of such a piece from conquest tags I would greatly apreciate it if you can let me know via this forum. ;D

And of course I'm only talking about the plate tanking pieces.

P.S. I'm trying to avoid getting the T8.5 pieces since my guild has it on farm and it would be shit if I one went to offspec a week or two after I bought it with my tags.

Most of the generic conquest tanking loot is pretty crap. Buy the tier first if you don't already have it.

The chest is BIS and will stay that way get it first.

If you dont have the eye trinket from 25man EoE, then the 18or 19 Badge neck is still pretty good.

After that the Helm is OK some call it BIS, I do not Helm of the Faceless is, but the helm is good too.

I agree with your sentiment that the chest is BiS while the helm is not. It's almost a pure upgrade from the t7 BiS (The Dragonstorm Breastplate). The helm is still very well itemized save a bit of shield block.

What trinket from Maly are you referring to? There's an mp5 one and an expertise one. Expertise doesn't do a whole lot for paladins, I wouldn't advise it over a stamina or avoidance trinket.

Head - Helm of the Faceless
Shoulders - Shoulderplates of the Deconstructor
Chest - Conqueror's Aegis Breastplate
Hands - Handguards of Revitalization
Legs - Legplates of the Endless Void

..I think I'll go for the legs till I get the LotEV and than shoulders.

I'd grab the legs, unless you're actually doing algalon and waiting for them to drop By then your gear should be good enough to not need the 2 set bonus.

Depends on whether BV stays as being horse shit.... if it is, deconstructor are far better.

We are still seeing new loot being discoveres from Hardmodes and Algalon.... Mmm sexy Bulwark of Algalon.

But I digress. Right now for avoidance T7.5 are currently the clear winner. For stam stackers the XT shoulders are prolly better, but still kinda crappy.

Dammit I want that hammer off XT Hardmode though.
