    Horde plate (paladin) set

And equip one of those coffin lids to it.

I personally hate the new set graphics. At first all plate classes share the same look of the set. While that was somewhat logical for the previous dungeons where you get the look of the armor that you lootet of the bad guys it is simply illogical to me that not a single piece of the new armor or weapons is inspired by the bloodelf look. Overall i even question if that abomination of an armor even looks "hordish". I am extremely disappointed at the new armor art.

    So, whats your opinion?

Well.... I agree its not all too nice for a paladin, (even for a heretic crack elf ) BUT! For a horde warrior and death knight the set doesnt look too awfull. (kinda the opposite of the alliance set) Offcourse assuming that the warrior/dk set is a darker color with not much red. Thats my oppinion.
Also... Its a game. You dont HAVE to wear it just cause its BiS, there are more nice things out there.
    For the Emperor.

It looks like they had the idea about making a Gladiator set, but ended up with mutilated Warrior t6.....

    I don't think it's that bad.

lol, im assuming since its like Sunreavers at the argent tournament. That's why they used the same colors as the Hunter set from Sunwell?

You're not paladins, you're "Blood Knights"

That set looks bad but atleast it has the color scheme of blood elves (Red, gold, neon green). A Belf with shining armor covered in holy symbols looked lame, anyway.

This actually doesn't look bad. The helm looks awesome (sort of like Warrior's T6)!
The only thing making my eyes bleed is the bright green :'(, if they can tone it down a bit...
Most classes spend their entire /played time wondering if they made a difference.
    Paladins don't have that problem.

as i said in the other thread:
Spiked shoulders are completly unpaaladin. Spikes on helm are dumb. I can deal with the color, i guess (none of us really have a choice).

I'll wear it because it is probaly BiS or close to it. Not because I want to wear it.
    Pondering returning.

No, I'm pretty sure I clicked paladin when I made my character, not "Blood Knight." Also, from that wiki page:

"A very small minority of blood elves continued to follow their path as true Paladins of the Light."

So in terms of RP, we all have the choice of being Blood Knights or being true paladins. All depends on how you see your character. Personally, I plan on getting the argent charger and never using the thallassian one ever again ;D

we may not be prissy human/dwarf, all about holy, paladins, but we are, none the less, Elves. And in every fantasy setting that i have ever come across elves hold themselves higher than everyone else. they would find spiked armor below them and for mundanes that needed such foolish weaponry.

I truly hope there are a nice pair of shoulders i can wear instead of the hideous spiked monstrosities.
    Pondering returning.
