Disc priest Trinket!

So i was wondering,i've recently got back into raiding... what trinket should i be going for. I have no issues with mana, and never go OOM. But i feel as though the on use proc on the talisman of resurgence is going un-used. At the moment i have it macro'd to PS but, meh. So yeah, what should i be aiming for?
I currently do ICC 10/HC and ICC 25/some heroic.

current tnks are hc abacus from gunship hc 25, hc glowing twilight scale from ruby sanctum hc 25, hc solace totgc 25 and hc silver of pure ice marrow 10 hc and there is the normal versions of the 25 versions to consider if the hc versions are too hard to get.

i would go for hc abacus and hc glowing twilight scale personnaly as its a good chunk of SP to bump the shields to be even more OP and i would say these are BiS for most healing classes.

However even the normal Twilight Scale is still better then most other options.

If you need regen, then H Sliver and Solace is another good choice. Some people still say running dual solace (norm + Heroic) is best, if you need that much regen you are doing something wrong lol

Is Purified Lunar Dust not better than H Silver of Pure Ice? It gives 1 extra SP + more regen overall.

For BiS trinkets: H Abacus and H Twilight Scale.
For reasonably easy to obtain trinkets: H Abacus and Purified Lunar Dust.

Even normal Twilight is better then heroic Silver/lunar dust as far BiS goes, it gives a better on use.

On fights you need the regen Silver/lunar dust might win out, but so far the only fight for me is LK, and that is an entire different case, as down ranking is the best for that fight, not stacking Spellpower
