Blizz DL help (don't know where to post this)

im stuck at 159.4 mb for some reason but it says im dl'ing at 1.2-1.8 mbps

i live on a college campus and am about to go off campus to try and get this to work, but nothing else will fix it. restart comp, restart wow launcher, repair wow... nothing

even turning my personal firewalls off didnt work

help?

I think the patches are downloaded into a certain folder, and deleting the file would cause the launcher to re-download from 0%.

Not sure exactly how that works, but worth looking into.
