What do you use to organize buffs?

Hey all,
Ive been using CTBuff about as long as Ive been playing WoW. Im curious what other people use as Im starting to feel like it takes up too much real estate. To give you an idea, I use CTBuff scaling buffs vertically then I shrink it to be about 1 1/2 - 2 cm wide and long enough to display a full amount of buffs when in a raid. What do you use?

Since SatrinaBF hasn't been updated in over a year and a new version of Masque just got released (that SBF doesnt support); I just recently switched to Raven, and I'm kind of liking it
