only a single instance of this program can run(swtor error)

Hello, im in desperate need of some information on how to fix this problem. After I accidentally exited from the game when I was in the middle of a cut scene, I tried to load the game again(still am), It said "only a single instance of this program can run", and it keeps doing that its been like 20 minutes since. Can any of you guys help me? It would be much appreciated.

I'd recommend asking on the official TOR forums (though I don't usually recommend going there, they're as bad as the official WoW forums lol) and asking there for tech support. If restarting your computer didn't fix it, I can't think of anything else outside of their help that could.

Open your task manager and kill anything SWTOR that is running and you should be good to go. However restarting should of worked as well. Try the task manager and just see whats running.
