ORDER SUMMARY Error retrieving order information. GW2

hey guys sry for bad english in advance.

so i go to the GW page to make the order,click on digital purchase,then i get to the second page to input info for the order and on the left it says

"ORDER SUMMARY"

Digital Edition€54.99
Total
€54.99

so i fill up my data and as soon as i type my EMAIL adress the "order summary changes to

ORDER SUMMARY

Error retrieving order information. Try again?

i was searching the other threads on the forum but they dont have this problem.so is this a common error cant anyone actually order or am i just unlucky doomed ? ?

Pre-purchases are not open yet, it is not the 10th Seattle time yet.
I know the button is there, but their twitter said pre-purchases are not up yet.

It's not supposed to be open until 3 AM EST. So they might've just let you choose what you want, but not let you actually buy it. Plus there is like 50,000 people trying to buy it.

I have had the same problem this morning. It seems that you need to have an email address with .com at the end, as it worked when I created a .com rather than co.uk email address. I hope this helps!

I had the Error and simply reloading the Page and filling everything in again did it for me. I used a .de Mail for registration.

Even ArenaNet says:

Error retrieving order information. Try again

I had this issue this morning, I just kept retrying until it worked. You don't have to change your email, or your country or anything, just keep trying.

Try another web browser. Didn't work with firefox for me, had to use chrome.

I keep trying but it wont work for me either, everytime I finish typing my e-mail i get the error, this sucks so bad XD
