Hey guys
I got a SSD today for my 1 year old computer that had a 1TB normal HDD in before. I installed the SSD by removing the old HDD, booting up only with the SSD and installing a fresh Windows 7 on it. After the installation I installed drivers, anti-virus and Google Chrome before shutting down and plugging in my old harddrive.
Now when it booted I suddenly see a System Reserved ( D: ) partition. Is this the partiton for the old harddrive? If so, how can I remove it? If it's for the SSD, isn't exactly this supposed NOT to happen when you do a fresh Windows install only with the SSD plugged in?
EDIT: When I go into Disk Management I see two System Reserved partitions. One is just called "System Reserved", the other one is called "System Reserved ( D: )" (which is the one that shows up in My Computer). I'm guessing the last one is for my old harddrive and I can just delete it?
