USA
China

"The Naxxramas Warrior. Eternal slayer of the Orcs."
No one. Mostly because of the sheer economical fallout, if morality isn't gonna be a part.
Morality wise....still no one.
Is this even a real question? United States, hands down. Unless everyone went nuclear. Then everyone is dead and Iceland reigns supreme.
Salandrin, I should've known it was you...

I wanted to say inb4 generic 'no one wins in war' comment, but seems I was too late.
The United States has more defense funding than the next 12 or so countries combined, would be pretty sad if we lost and figured that money was even a bigger waste than it is now.
Canada waits till they have worn each other down, then invades both in the name of the Queen, and changes both flags to a picture of some indigenous leaf.
No winners just survivors is the more likely outcome. Most of the world would get nuked..
I would bet the CIA already has a plan set up if we ever had to go to war with China...
I'm assuming you mean a non-nuclear war, in which case America would wipe the floor with China. Mostly because China has no way to mobilize its military to invade America. They don't have enough resources to train and equip all of their soldiers, and they have to occupy their own country to keep their citizens under control. Added to that, their Air Force is a joke. Their navy is fairly powerful and state-of-the-art... but only if we're pretending this is still 1969.
no one really, we'd all be fucked. The US's allies would join, and Chinas would, it would be hell.
in the end, USA wins easy really, sure china has more manpower, but USA is so far ahead on technological advancements chinas navy wouldn't even leave port.
Dispite the US having the highest millitary budget, alot of it goes into redundancies and wasteful projects. That and the Chinese army can just keep tossing bodies at the problem.
Though with that said, we're still leagues ahead of them when it comes to air and sea warfare and could keep them in lockdown, bomb marjor supply hubs and make attempts to turn disenfranchised citizens against the leadership. (I strain the word 'Attempts' as much as humanly possible, since I'm not even half-sure what the average citizen thinks of their own government over there). It would be a victory, and only costly when we need to keep PMCs and Third party suppliers happy.
And even if China managed to get ground forces here, America has enough guns laying around that the push forward won't be easy.
Unless firearms/explosives/jets and the like couldn't be used, I have a hard time seeing China winning that type of war. Now if it were only un-armed, household or other sorts of misc. weapons, China might have an advantage with their huger difference in population.
how can ppl be talking about unrestrained war when our government can't govern itself?
China. Because of shear numbers and the cheap workforce to drive them. America is to broke for any wars.
Aye mate
