This health is permanent he has had it for 1hr now

as you can see he doesnt actually have any buffs aside from crystal of insanity and sac pet (isnt using the HP increase from void)
i am full heroic geared 578.5 and even then i do not come close to passive 1.5 Mill HP

Did you inspect him? I expect him to be filled with stamina gems and trinkets to be able to reach that.

My best guess is he used his sac when he had fuck tons of hp from buffs and it bugged and his hp gain from sac stayed high after those temporary buffs wore off.

i can confirm the health points you gain at 540ilvl you can not achieve with the 30% HP buff from your voidwalker. There is a bug/ hax here, but he was dueling person after person with no issues, criting for upwards of 500k on targets.... Something was wrong, would love any insight on this

Bug or exploit. Should have reported it to a GM.
But probably someone he dueled reported it.

He has no external health buffs, as you can see in the image.
This is a bug or an exploit 100%, if any body has useful information on it i am all ears.
