How often do you go to the gym? What kind of exercises do you do? How has it turned out for you and your goals in regards to your body?

I go and excercise my eyes
I haven't been able to this semester due to time constraints between classes and work. However next semester my schedule is a little nicer so I do intend to get back into it.
Kom graun, oso na graun op. Kom folau, oso na gyon op.

Apparently I'm the only one to vote in the poll? Weird that the OP hasn't yet lol. I haven't been to the gym for the last couple weeks, but I typically go 2-3 days. My days are generally Mon, Wed, Fri. I've been super busy lately, but I'm going to try and get back there on Wed and Friday this week.
I go Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I try to squeeze in one day in the middle of the week, but it is hard with school & work.
“You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me.”
– C.S. Lewis
I take walks to exercise, since my purpose atm is losing weight rather than lifting or anything along those lines. I live in a rural area, so I really enjoy walking outdoors.
2-3 times per week. It's turning out well, want to get more muscles and I'm on the way to do so.
I try to go 2-3 times a week for lifting and 1 time a week for running.
I haven't been since spring, I find it hard to maintain the motivation for it because the motivation is never truly from a passion to do it. Back when I was 18-20 it was different, I went to the gym 3-4 times a week out of a passion but these days the motivation is always an end-goal so to speak. It's like anything in life if you want to maintain it you have to do it in a way that is natural and sustainable from a mental point of view.
From an ideal body point of view I need to put on some muscle and weight, but it's like if your motivation to do it is purely from that point of view then it's hard to sustain the momentum, but if putting on muscle and weight is just a side effect of wanting to do it then it's easy to sustain.
Probably running on a Pentium 4
3-4 times a week.
People have to understand, working out is a necessity, not a choice. Just like you work your mind by reading books, watching some educational video, or working at the office, it's equally important to have some physical activity as well.
I go 5 times a week, mainly weights but I will do a bit of cardio on the rowing machine each session.
Monday: Back
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Arms
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Legs
Ideally Wednesday and Thursday would be swapped but I work late on Thursdays so don't have time for the gym!
I am not fat, but not fit either. Used to be fit in college and HS due to sports and athletics. But I always hated gyms. Always get 3743479 perfect looking swole people working out and here you are, out of shape and not in the "gym crowd". It's feels embarassing and that really distracts from any worth you can get out of it.
I would rather not subject myself to constant humiliation for the benefit of perfect looking people.
No need Push Ups, Sit Ups, Pull Ups and running 4 to 5 times a week. Takes 1hr and 30 Mins
Sit ups as man as I can as quickly as I can 4 sets 2 mins, Push ups same thing, Pull ups and Chin ups same thing. Then Run the treadmill for 15 mins warm up go high intensity for 30 min, ramp down for 10.
Meditate stretching, because I am old and it helps to focus and shut everything out. So no need for a Gym other than swimming. I don't have an indoor pool, but I am not paying 60$ a month for that shit.
Milli Vanilli, Bigger than Elvis
I don't go to a gym, but I own my own equipment and exercise 6 days a week.
MWF: 1 mile warm-up, and lift weights. Upper/lower split alternating each week.
TThS: 3-5 mile run depending on how busy I am the rest of the day.
Sunday: REST
This is in a perfect world where I have enough time each week. I never skip lifting days, but I'll skip out on running if I'm too busy.
