As the topic says, I just missed with judgement when I'm over the cap, how is that possible? iirc judgement uses the ranged hit table?

Where were you when you missed? If it's VoA then there's your answer.

As with any attack, there is ALWAYS a chance to miss, even if you're hitcapped. I can't remember the actual percentage, but it's just so insignificantly small that it almost never happens, but even when you are hitcapped, you will miss every now and then, it just VERY rarely happens.
there was that thing in tbc for spells, never melee or ranged. but I think they removed it for spells in wrath
Yes one judgement but judgement is a very necessary ability since it returns mana.

Nom Nom Nom [NNF] (2 points) - When you Ferocious Bite a target at or below 25% health, you have a 50/100% chance to instantly refresh the duration of your Rip on the target.
no I'm points over hit cap
Then you're mistaken. Without screenshots or logs we can't tell what happened.

There's only two Astorth paladins in the EU Armory, none in the US. One of them is hit capped, the other isn't. I guess it just depends on which one is you.
Some mobs have resistances as well.... sure it wasn't just fully resisted ?Originally Posted by Astorth

You will need two people, Brian MUST use the mouse for movement/looking and John MUST use the keyboard for casting, attacking, healing etc.
Briand and John share the same goal, same intentions - but they can't talk to each other, however they can react to each other's in game activities.
Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.
from what I know you can't reach 100% chance to hit, no matter how much hit you have, 99% is max, correct me if I'm wrong

You're wrong. That's the way it used to be (for spells only), but since patch 3.0, that last 1% is now reachable with hit rating.Originally Posted by Dartu
The dwarf. but I changed one of my rings to Bladebearer's signet so I have over 8% crit not fun depending on a draenei in the raid for the cap and yes the miss was after the ring change.Originally Posted by airmikee
