Goblin Mage in Catalysm

I havent played WoW in a bout a year but looking at these updates for Catalysm is making me all warm and fuzzy inside

I've seen videos of the Goblin racial abilities and just see them being the next best thing for a mage. So will Goblin Mage be the next cookie cutter Race/Class for PvP Mages instead of like Vanilla with Undead Mages?
