Nah, it's hot fixed over night. It was 50% last time I was in a raid, and that was sunday

Can I get someone else than my memory to confirm that it has been 50% up til recently? I'm really quite sure, because I wanted mana after a rebirth, and never got any mana >.>

Are you sure you didn't just spec out of Dreamstate? Because I'm pretty sure you just specced out of Dreamstate.

It has been 20% for some time. It can become 50% with the Balance talent.

I don't have dreamstate anymore no, but talents don't change spell tooltips do they O.o?
now that you mention it..having 100k mana, and giving the innervate to a mate at skype telling him he'll get roughly 50k mana..and he whined that he didn't while we came to the conclution that it must've been something weird. Maybe it has been like this all along

Dreamstate DOES update the spell tooltip. Talents typically do. They don't update the tooltips of buffs, but they do of spell icons. The annoying thing is that when it updates from Dreamstate it becomes inaccurate.

yes, tooltips get updated when you spec/glyph etc.

yeah. this is pretty bad . for a feral it was the only good way to gain some mana back. We are oom after a few heals. In arena innervate is sometimes really important for ferals
Now we even have less mana regen
