I might create forums for other MMOs in the near future, I didn't do it in the past because the video games forum wasn't active enough and I wanted to keep the activity there, but it might make sense now that people are used to off topic forums.

This isn't a promise, and mods have no knowledge of that kind of decision anyway.

It's also closely tied to our moderator recruitment, which will happen most likely this month.

If this site opens more things up in the future, that's cool. but for the moment, it matters not. Come back to the good thread.

No, this is an MMO fan site that primarily supports World of Warcraft. There's nothing wrong with adding a sub-section for KOTOR or any other MMO on this website.

I think a whole forum section dedicated to certain other games would be awesome. If you made a forum just for SW:ToR, I would come here rather then go to it's official forums. I'm sure others feel the same.

I'm still waiting for my FF14 forum section, I mean that game was huge, sold so well that Square was able to make it free and still almost make 25% of their money back!


The games not even out yet, and the Alpha is still under NDA, wait till it's at least in beta, making a forum for it now would be kind of pointless.

Though any current Community that rages and is "fucked" over by a separate games forums, are just the fanboys that are haters anyways. While I come to MMO-champ to primarily find WoW updates, I generally only post in topics that are Off-topic anyways, as any update threads generally have the information needed.

Maybe since there is a Button that can be click for "show off-topics" maybe add one that says "show Sw:tor related" and than we can keep that all in one bunch, and fanboys/haters/people that only want to see WoW posts wont need to see Sw:tor thread on their frontpages, and will have no need to complain?
