You only need to use it once on any of your characters and every character benefits from it. I don't think anyone saw that coming CRZ being applied to the Brawlers Guild.
And FFS. I wish I'd known that yesterday. I would have been revered with The Tillers on my blasted Druid. *sobs* Oh well. Now I know I can continue doing the quest lines for the other reps. And the next alt to go through will have it easy.
