err thats one of the things from timeless isle that changes local weather,mouse-over your buff :P,snowstorms and dusk in sw look pretty cool tho.
OT,no haven't noticed any earthquakes yet,in Pandaria or off of it...

just go to that area next to the meat vendor and you will see the storm/wind effect. all that gray stuff is actually moving.

I've noticed that while in certain areas, specifically Pandaria areas, there have been earthquakes happening that are very similar to that of the pre-cata earthquakes.

Anyone else having it over am I just going crazy?

I experienced two of these "earthquakes" over about the last week - so yea I've seen them. They are short bursts of the whole screen shaking, and one time I was just sitting in SW.

"Too much time"? Really? Because people notice some of the intended (or perhaps unintended for this case) visuals, they have 'too much time'?

Pre-Cata had earthquakes happening CONSTANTLY. If you didn't notice them....well, you're a bit late on that. They were -quite- obvious.

Possibly. Though other people seem to have noticed it in areas with no massive mobs. So maybe they're all crazy.

I haven't noticed anything yet but most of the time that I'm not doing something in WoW, I'm tabbed out.

I haven't been playing since March, so I don't know if there are any now. But you know what's weird? I played every day before Cata, and I don't remember a single earthquake. How'd I miss them?

Ya know, I thought it was just my monitor being wonky, but I guess since other people have seen it ill share where I have seen/felt them. Krasarang Wilds (Temple), Kunlai Mogu Temples (in the mountains), Stormwind, Timeless Isle on the Blazing Way, and the Shrine.

yes, i've definitely experienced this in shrine and at the lion's redoubt. hope it amounts to something neat!
